Roanne (Rowie) Daken is an Accredited Mediator and Professional Member of the Resolution Institute, specialising in workplace, education, and organisational mediation. She is the founder of Discerning Solutions (https://www.discerningsolutions.co.nz), a consultancy dedicated to helping leaders, teams, and organisations navigate complexity with clarity, confidence, and care.
